I really do want to get on the treadmill earlier. I do. I do. But coffee while staring at the woods latches on to me on cool mornings. Then the computer and work shackles me to a desk.

I was looking at this link on The Functional Aging Institute web site. It is geared to athletic training professionals, but some of these courses caught my eye. Is your trainer up to speed? I thought this would be a useful link because it is built for people over 50.
