The U.S. spends more on healthcare than any country in the rich world, yet we have the lowest life expectancy of any rich-world country.

If Geezer Jock was running for president I would run on 1) breaking up the food conglomerates that price-fix and are the real culprits (Wall Street) of high grocery prices and obesity. 2) ridding our health care system of middlemen (Wall Street again) who suck down the profits and harm health outcomes.
