Grandmother Shows How It Is Done. Zion Shows How, Too.

Two Quick Items To Read

1) Fastest Man on Two Hands.

We always marvel over fast people on two feet.

Read this story on the fastest person on two hands. This story is brought to you by The Guinness Book of World Records.

Zion is far from a circus act. He is an inspiration because he found purpose. He is not a Geezer Jock at 27 years old, but he deserves attention here for defying odds.

2. "Not Now Kids, Grandmother Is Busy."

DonnaJean Wilde held a plank for 4 hours, 30 minutes, 11 seconds, a world record for a female. That's the time between breakfast and lunch. It is just about the time it takes to row a boat upstream four miles, or drive from Atlanta to Charlotte Motor Speedway.

It's a long time.

DonnaJean is 58. She is a grandmother of 12 who lives in Alberta, Canada. There are pictures to go with the story. She explains how she did it.
