Kay, 70, And Her Christmas Card

This is Kay Glynn. She is 70 years old. No strings attached.

This is her 17th annual Christmas card. It was a challenge, said Kay, which means something because she is ranked No. 1 in the world in the 80-meter hurdles, 200m hurdles, pole vault, long jump, triple jump, pentathlon, and heptathlon.

She always wanted to do her acrobatics with a dancer's pole, but figured she was past that horizontal agility test with her age. Her husband thought otherwise. He gave her the pole for her 70th birthday.

The lesson?

"Never give up," Kay says.
