Something To Use

I searched the internet and these five stood out as laments about our fitness journey. Pass them on to younger people, OR start now yourself, if you haven't already.

1. A lot of the time injuries require mobility to heal. You should never completely stop training.

2. Learn more about the Macros, or Macronutrients, the primary building blocks of nutrition: protein, carbohydrates, and fat.

3. It’s a marathon, not a race. Love the process and not the results.

4. Stop drinking so much alcohol. It really fights how you want to add and muscle. Eat more protein.

5. I wish I went to the gym routinely. I spent years thinking “its not for me” or “it's impossible”.
